Prêt-à-Portea || The Berkeley

For a few years I've been piecing together a list of inspirational places and spaces that have either been recommended or I've been lucky enough to stumble across on my travels. These are all gathered under the 'Designers Directory' page over at the e-boutique. One of the latest adventures I recommend to you is the fashionista's Prêt-à-Portea dining experience at the prestigious Berkeley hotel, Knightsbridge, London. For those of you who didn't know (we only know after accosting a waiter for a brief history update . . . poor guy) The Berkeley is owned by the same chain as Claridge's but prides itself upon being the more contemporary of the two. The afternoon tea experience is exactly that! A cake gracing one of our cake stand tiers coveted the iconic Moschino McDonalds quilted handbag and a delicious dress shaped biscuit emulated that of Diane Von Furstenberg's recent capsule collection. We were seated in the beautiful 'Caramel Room', the architecture and decor is something to be admired. A fantastic experience to tie in with any London fashion event <3
