Shades of Spring

S h a d e s   o f   S p r i n g

With the arrival of snow drops all over the grounds of our beautiful wedding barn, it made me look back to this incredible floral shoot we did last March with am amazing team of local wedding suppliers. Beth of Wildlings and Aster filled our tables with show stopping blooms that really brightened up the post winter scenery. Our in house caterers Ridgway supplied us with their miss-matched retro crockery collection, the blue and white are obviously my absolute fave!!
Collectively we had a fab content day capturing loads of fresh and inspirational imagery.

Spring Lookbook 2024

Spring - The time for new beginnings

I absolutely LOVE bringing blooming twigs, plants and flowers into my studio. Being surrounded by the changing season really inspires the way I think.

I got this cute little set of 6 mini vases from the cutest little flower shop in Marlow. Filled with tiny bits of white blossom, it's become the perfect backdrop for my spring lookbook.

This sequience of images was sent out in my newsletter and also gave subscribers the chance to shop the new Lacquer pink bubble gum phone case first.

Spring in the Studio 🌸🌺💗 Spring is the time for plans and projects

'Spring is the time for plans and projects'
🌸🌺💗
The to do list is never ending but it's good to stop and take in the #changingseasons.
I simply HAD to photograph the studio when it was looking particularly floral for spring thanks to my gal Liv from Olive and Bloom events.
It may look a bit much but I do absolutely love being surrounded by all these gorgeous spring blooms, it definitely spurs on inspiration while I work ðŸŒ¸ðŸŒºðŸ’—
SS22 is well on it's way and ready for release very soon, the print designs have been poured over repeatedly and I'm ready to settle on the new palm tree prints! Hand crafted monochrome leopard print pom poms are scattered all over my desk and they couldn't look prettier! They are components for the new Pom Pom bag, my 2nd collaboration with Jade Monet Designs.
Tea, cake and biscuits are the usual culprits taking up work space. If you've not ordered a seasonal themed jar of biscuits from Teacups and Tandems then you've not lived! This spring flower themed jar is our current obsession.

Lock Down Spring Decor || From my home to yours

Embracing the season and a new way of living.

I doubt we'll ever be forced to spend weeks on end in our homes again in this lifetime so it's time to make the absolute most of this new slow living style.

Fill your days with the simplicity of reading, spring cleaning, watching a box set (or 10) and spending precious time with your loved ones if you're lucky enough to be isolated with them.

I am fortunate enough to work in a self isolated studio and although the world is upside down, my online store continues as normal. Each parcel packaged to bring a little sunshine to the recipients day.

Birthdays, anniversaries, easter and special celebrations have not been cancelled; the amount of heart warming gift notes that are being added to orders and sent direct to the receiver is inspiring in these uncertain times.

From my home to yours, stay safe and stay home
