Rianna X Personal Style

Spring is here! Things to celebrate:
* No need for thousands of layers
*no longer suffering from frozen ankles at every attempt of wearing cropped skinnies and pumps
*daffodils are sprouting up left, right and center!

Moving on . . .
 Unless I officially have to head to a meeting in Manchester or skype a client on the other side of the world I don't tend to get dressed up whilst working in the studio. I could pretend it's all extremely glamorous but we all know it's way comfier in our fave grey marl t-shirt and pair of jeans. So here is a quick photo op from last week.

The general assortment of objects were needed for a day half spent working on a limited edition collection (sign up to shop it first) and the rest of the day working with 1st year Manchester School of Art students where I lecture one day a week.

A few collections I'm working on are nearing completion so my iPad & sketchbook are being dragged about with me everywhere, hence the need for the uber sleek digitally printed leather Valetta iPad sleeve. New fabrics are being introduced, adaptations to existing designs are being developed and the e-boutique has slipped into spring mode. There is never a dull day!

Coco's Liberty SS15 Launch X Rianna Phillips

Last Thursday the beautiful jewellery brand Coco's Liberty presented their SS15 collection to the industry at the Detox Kitchen just off Regent Street in London. The Egyptian inspired range includes Cleopatras earrings, Nefertitis rings and some absolute kick ass Goddess inspired pieces.

A range of our products featured in the luxury goodie bags that were handed out on the night :-) From notebooks to mini pouch bags, the lucky customers were treated to a little piece of digitally printed heaven <3 <3 <3

The event was a huge success and the collection was received warmly by the London fashion pack.
 It's only a matter of time before there is a Coco's Liberty signature disco ring shining on one of my fingers!

Hybrid || The Lookbook

H Y B R I D
The new prints for Spring/Summer have arrived! And although they are given a seasonal title I'm aware that my products are becoming quite trans-seasonal as they are sold to countries all over the world where the weather is doing something quite opposite to whatever it's doing here in the uk!
The new collection brings serene oceanic waves, true to their colour (serenity) or given a tonal twist (olympia). The collection also see's in our first ever take on a leopard print (iris), albeit a loose and colourful interpretation which is one for the fashion statement makers.
The prints that make up this range are an eclectic mix of  designs that I've been working with over the past three years in total. Print designs which I've loved so much, created on the spur of the moment but then didn't particularly fit into current collections are given their very own spotlight.
 I'm excited to finally present them to you :-)
